We are a professional landlord specialising in all-inclusive high quality, shared living for young working professionals.

Our fully-owned houses are all in good residential locations and offer hassle-free, modern living. They have all been refurbished to a high standard to ensure that our tenants are comfortable and feel safe.

Being licensed, our houses meet all of the necessary health and fire safety standards required from the local authority.

Our tenants have their own fully furnished private bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms and share communal living and kitchen facilities, giving everyone some private space but also a relaxed environment in which to socialise.

We select housemates very carefully, obtaining all of the necessary references, ensuring a good balance of individuals who are respectful of others.
